I am a mother of 4 wonderful children. I have a Bachelors in Biology and 10 years’ experience in hospital based patient care. I have a passion for natural holistic health and remedies. I truly believe that mother earth provides everything that we need.

The reason I became a holistic doula are my children and the experience I had with each one of my pregnancies. I had the information that was passed down by the elders in my family, but birthing in the USA is much different then birthing in another country. I felt like I went into It blinded. I didn’t know the right questions to ask or what my options were once the doctor “made” a suggestion and I put that in quotation marks because I felt like I had no options, that whatever the doctor said was best for me, the patient, and I have come to learn that is not always the case. Looking back I wish I would have done things differently and that is why I became a doula so that every mother has everything she needs so that she can make the best decision for herself and her baby. 

I have witnessed how transformative birth is to a birthing person, and the impactful role their emotions and autonomy play into it. My role as your doula is to support and guide you as you step into your own innate power and meet your baby with confidence. I have grown to understand the importance of flexibility, patience and surrender to handle life's twists and turns. I draw upon my training and my personal life experience. I have birthed and breastfed four children. My hope, as your birth doula, is to be a source of support that strengthens and empowers you to be brave and at peace during childbirth.

I have a natural nurturing essence and drive that I possess for something that I’m passionate about, Women’s Care. I recognize that every parent-to-be has their own set of hopes and expectations for their birth, and every birth is unique and the experience of it is deeply personal. I offer non-judgmental care and mentoring in preparation for this journey. I can provide evidence based holistic care to Mothers so that she can bring new life into this world, all while being heard, reassured, comforted and cared for.
